Manufacturing
Our plant is equipped with new high-performance equipment that meets European production safety requirements, including a high-speed line, two spray foam lines, three automatic machines for large-batch production and two semi-automatic machines for small batches, an automatic line for filling liquid products, a line for filling 1- to 20-liter canisters, and a line for 15 ml brush-cap bottles for spot touch-up paint.
Our own tank farm for flammable liquids and propellants holds more than 400 m³. The company is licensed to operate explosion-, fire- and chemically hazardous facilities. Production uses various propellants: propane/butane/isobutane, dimethyl ether, carbon dioxide and HFC-134a. The company has implemented and successfully operates a quality management system certified to GOST R ISO 9001–2015 (ISO 9001:2015).
The site has a modern Class A warehouse complex with a well-developed logistics system.
More than 26 years of experience in development and manufacturing
Over the past 26 years, we have developed and now produce more than 450 types of aerosol products, 120 types of technical fluids, 150 types of paints and coatings, and 200 types of spray foam. We have come a long way in improving formulations, selecting components and optimizing production processes, and we offer our experience in producing a wide range of high-quality products under your own brand.
