Cavity Wax with Corrosion Inhibitor

Designed for corrosion protection of vehicle body cavities (rocker panels, door shells, pillars, frame rails, floor pan, trunk, etc.). Can be used for temporary corrosion protection of the vehicle’s exterior surfaces (underbody, rocker panels, wheel wells, etc.) and for preserving vehicles and metal products for long-term storage and transportation. DONEWELL® DR-9647 Cavity Wax with Corrosion Inhibitor resists water and the salt solutions used on roads.
The rust preventive can be applied to rusty and damp surfaces and to old anti-corrosion coatings.
The nozzle at the end of the extension tube produces a 360° spray pattern that evenly covers all surfaces of the body cavities.
Application
- Before treatment, remove the body plugs and clean out the drain holes.
- Protect surfaces that are not to be treated from overspray.
- For best results, apply the product at an ambient temperature of at least +10°C.
- Shake the can vigorously for 2–3 minutes before use.
- Apply the rust preventive in 2–3 coats, allowing 5–10 minutes to dry between coats.
- To remove it from paintwork, we recommend KERRY Tar Spot Remover.
- Let the product dry for 24 hours before driving the vehicle.
